NOTE:
OUR DUE DATES ARE THE DATES WE REQUIRE THE ITEMS IN OUR STORES AND NOT YOUR DESPATCH DATE.
PRODUCTS CONTAINING RUBBER- YOUR CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE TO SHOW CURE DATE AND RUBBER GROUP IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS 4F 68:2002 LATEST ISSUE. WHERE APPROPRIATE, PARTS SHOULD BE PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BS 3F 69:1979.
MANUFACTURING/TRACEABILITY records shall be maintained indefinitly by the regulatory authority &/or customer/end user approving authority, whichever is the greater.
If the substance, material or preparation supplied is controlled under the COSHH & CHIP Regulations 2002 a Material Safety Data Sheet is a mandatory requirement of this order.
The supplier shall ensure adequate flow down of XCEL requirements and those of its customers invoked on XCEL purchase orders. Access to suppliers premises by XCEL, its customers and regulatory authorities shall be allowed and facilities to be provided for carrying out any quality assurance activities.
XCEL AEROSPACE is to be notified of any attempted use/shipment  of non conforming material /product. XCEL AEROSPACE approval is required before shipment of any non conforming material.
Where applicable,the supplier shall notify XCEL AEROSPACE of any changes that may affect either product and or process definition and where required obtain XCEL AEROSPACE approval prior to product shipment.
Xcel Aerospace expects its supplier to maintain a code of ethics compatible with our customers comply with The Modern Slavery Act 2015.
The supplier shall ensure all necessary steps are taken to prevent counterfeit parts are not delivered to Xcel Aerospace refer to AS5553 & AS6174.
The supplier will inform Xcel of any change to their approvals and any change or proposed change of location. The supplier will maintain an approved supplier list (ASL).
